Intake and Diagnostic Fee: Upon intake, we charge a $59 diagnostic fee to queue your PC for assessment by our technicians.
Diagnostics: Our technicians will diagnose your PC and determine the best course of action. We’ll contact you with an estimate for parts and labor for your approval.
Approval and Repair: Once you approve the repair estimate, we’ll proceed with the repair. If you approve further repair services, your $59 diagnostic fee will be credited toward the final cost.
Completion: We’ll notify you once your PC is ready for pickup, or if you mailed it in, we’ll ship it back to you.
Informed Decisions: If we find that your PC isn’t worth repairing, we’ll provide you with the information you need to make the best decision for your needs.
