Get Started: You can call us, walk in during business hours, or make a free consultation appointment online. You can bring your device to the store or mail it in if you're not local.
Intake and Diagnostic Fee: When we receive your Mac, we charge a $59 diagnostic fee (Tier 1) to check it in and queue it for technician assessment.
Diagnostics: Our technician will assess your device and diagnose any issues. After diagnostics, if repair options are available, we’ll reach out with an estimate for parts and labor for your approval.
Approval and Repair: Once you approve the estimate, we’ll proceed with the repair and notify you when it’s completed. Good news! If you move forward with the repair, your $59 diagnostic fee will go toward the total repair cost.
Completion: Once your repair is finished, we’ll reach out to arrange pickup, or if you mailed in your Mac, we’ll ship it back to you.
Informed Decisions: If we determine that your Mac isn’t worth fixing, we’ll inform you of your options, allowing you to make the decision that’s best for you.
For customers mailing in their computers, please note that shipping, handling, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
